Information you send
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected topic and message. It also records the form name, source website, page path and submission time. Please avoid sending passwords, payment information or other sensitive personal information.
How it is handled
Messages are stored in a private lead portal on the hosting server. Automated classification helps sort messages into Inbox, Review and Spam. Authorised administrators can review those decisions. Relevant Inbox messages are forwarded by email to the configured site administrator so the team can respond.
This processing uses the hosting provider, Cloudflare for site delivery and protection, OpenAI/Codex for assisted message classification, and Google Gmail for configured email forwarding. Message content may be processed by these services for those purposes.
Access, retention and requests
Enquiries are accessible to authorised administrators. Records remain in the private portal until an operator deletes them; an automatic deletion period is not currently configured. You can use the contact form with the topic “Other” and the words “Privacy request” to request access, correction or deletion. Include enough information to identify your own submission.
Other websites and technical information
Links to the association, event, book retailer and other sources lead to websites with their own privacy practices. Server and delivery services may keep technical access logs. This notice concerns this site’s enquiry handling and does not describe the policies of those linked websites.
